How to: Set up Conductor notifications in MS Teams

You can set up MS Teams as a Conductor notification channel. Instead of receiving your Conductor notifications as emails, you can receive them as chat messages from our Teams bot.

Here are the steps to get up and running!

Add Sensei Labs Conductor app to your team in MS Teams. 

Before you start, make sure an admin completes the one-time configuration

In MS Teams, click on Apps

Search for "Sensei Labs Conductor". Click on the thumbnail

Click on the dropdown arrow beside "Add/Open", and click on "Add to Team"

Find your team, and click "Set up".

You will see a tab config screen like this. You can close it

Adjust notification preferences in Conductor

After completing the steps in MS Teams, login to Conductor and follow these steps:

1) Click on your profile photo in the top right hand corner of the homepage

2) Click on 'My Profile' from the dropdown menu

3) Click on 'Notification Preferences' 

4) Find the notification(s) that you want sent to MS Teams.

In the below screenshot, the MS Teams Notification is turned on for Task Activity.

Set up is complete. You will now receive notifications from Conductor to the Sensei Labs
