There are some situations where functionality may not be working as intended even after an update to data or settings has been made. In these situations, the first thing we suggest trying is resetting your Cache.
Modern browsers use a temporary storage location for previously-downloaded website files (e.g. images, style sheets, and scripts) to make websites reload more quickly. Sometimes older files in the cache can prevent new data or settings to appear in Conductor, and you'll want to clear it to force a re-download of the most recent versions of that data. This is a great troubleshooting step should you notice certain pages or items not loading, or to see updated changes made to your account or instance.
Here's how you can reset your cache:
1. Click the search icon at the top right of the page.
2. Type in the word 'Cache', a shortcut to 'Reset Cache' will appear.
3. Select Enter/Return on your keyboard, or click 'Go' to Reset your Cache. The page will then refresh and your Cache will be cleared.
Once complete, pages should load faster and reflect any new changes to your account.
In rare cases of performance disruption you may also need to clear your browser cache.
